1. The advertiser agrees to be bound by these standard terms and conditions as an agreement between the advertiser and Yellow Coupons Pty Ltd (ACN: 129 425 538), hereon in referred to as “Yellow Coupons”.

2. Yellow Coupons reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without notice and will notify the advertiser of any changes to these standard terms and conditions if it affects the advertiser’s agreement with Yellow Coupons.

3. The advertiser agrees to advertise for goods and/or services provided by the advertiser for number of unit spaces
      3.1 Yellow Coupons shall host on its websites the advertiser’s coupon for a period of the length of the contract. 
      3.2 YellowBook.Com.Au will mention that a particular business has coupons.

4. The advertiser agrees to pay Yellow Coupons the amount of the agreed price
      4.1 All prices noted in Yellow Coupons are quoted with GST.
      4.2 The customer acknowledges that prices are subject to change without notice.
      4.3 Yellow Coupons requires the amount to be paid by either credit card or cheque at the time of signup.

5. The advertiser warrants that the advertisement supplied to Yellow Coupons does not contain any misrepresentations or illegal statements that are contrary with the appropriate laws within the jurisdiction of Australia.

6. Yellow Coupons, Yellow Book and its affiliated directories: 
      6.1 Accepts no liability whatsoever for any errors, omissions or placements
      6.2 Will not be responsible for any costs or damages incurred by the advertiser by reason of any error/s or omissions in an advertisement
      6.3 Do not guarantee any success for its advertisers using its services

7. The advertiser agrees that they have read the standard terms and conditions of this contract and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions.
